At National Custom Hollow Metal, we’re well-known for our popular DefendDoor stainless steel doors and frames, as well as our TrustShield lead-lined doors and frames. Our award-winning team is always standing by to build all the custom doors and frames that you need, and ship them to you in a flash. But did you know that we also manufacture pocket doors and arched door frames?

Pocket doors are a great way to maximize the size of a space, and our custom-built pocket doors are elegant, modern and easy to operate. Our pocket doors are available as single or double doors, and they open and close along a horizontal track. When open, they’re conveniently and securely tucked away in recessed pockets built into the walls. And the great news is that since they require no interior floor space, retailers can maximize profits by effectively utilizing every square foot of their business.

Our pocket doors are available in both galvanneal and stainless steel. At door openings, we mortise and/or reinforce the frames, and provide a minimum of three (3) anchors per jamb. We also provide floor and mullion anchors as required. The frame joints are welded and ground smooth, and after fabrication, our galvanized frames are finished off with a coat of rust-inhibiting prime paint.

For the ultimate in convenience, we also manufacture pocket door frames with the pocket already attached. With this option, you won’t have to build a wood pocket in your walls. All you’ll have to do is lift the frame into place, and secure it to the wall.

At NCHM, every door and frame that we manufacture is custom-built to order. Our pocket doors are a flexible product that maximize the area. All of our products are designed by the best engineers in the industry, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can order with confidence..
