The doors are reinforced with a continuous sheet of lead laminated to the door skin and a sheet of high-density polystyrene that extends the full width and height of the door from 1/32″ thick up to 1/8″ thick. TrustShield doors can be manufactured in sizes ranging from 4′ 10 1/2″ x 12’0″ with 1/32″ lead reinforcement and 4’10’/2″ x 8’0″ with 1/4″ lead reinforcement, and we also offer up to 1-1/2 hour Warnock-Hersey fire resistance labeling.
