Galvanneal Doors and Frames – Our DP Series of Galvanneal doors can be manufactured in custom sizes up to 4′ 10 ½” in width and 12′-0” in height in 18, 16, 14, or 12 gauge steel in 1-¾” and 1-⅜” standard thicknesses, and frames can be manufactured in any size up to 10’x12’. Each door has a self-extinguishing polystyrene core between CR A-60 galvanneal steel facings, which creates a superior barrier to heat and cold. Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. or Warnock Hersey certified labeling is available as required.

DEFENDDOOR Stainless Steel Doors And Frames – DefendDoor stainless steel doors can be manufactured in custom sizes up to 4′ 10 ½” in width and 12′-0” in height in 16, 14, or 12 gauge stainless steel in in either 304 or 316 #4 finish, and frames can be manufactured in any size up to 10’x12’. All doors are internally reinforced with continuous 16 gauge stainless steel rails which span the entire height of the door on both the hinge and lock stiles, and across the top and the bottom. Additionally, Underwriter’s Laboratories or Warnock-Hersey 20, 45, 90, or 180 minute fire resistance labeling is available on all doors up to 4’x8’ in size. The DefendDoor line is our best seller, and our clients enjoy their durability, and their resistance to oxidation and rust.

TrustShield Lead-Lined Doors and Frames – TrustShield doors and frames can be manufactured in custom sizes up to 5′ x 12′ and 1-3/4” thickness, and include a lead lining 1/32″ to 1/8″ thick that extends the full width and height of the door. Frames can be manufactured in any size up to 10’x12’. Most importantly, all TrustShield doors and frames exceed all of the healthcare industry’s highest standards for radiation confinement.
