TrustShield doors offer superior protection from harmful gamma radiation, and like all NCHM products, are custom-built to order. TrustShield doors are constructed from your choice of 16, 14, or 12-gauge galvanneal or 16, 14, or 12-gauge stainless steel, and reinforced with a continuous sheet of lead laminated to the door skin, as well as a sheet of high-density polystyrene that extends the full width and height of the door from 1/32″ up to 1/8″ thick. We can manufacture doors in sizes ranging from 4′ 10 1/2″ x 12’0″ with 1/32″ lead reinforcement and 4’10’/2″ x 8’0″ with 1/4″ lead reinforcement and offer up to 1-1/2 hour Warnock-Hersey fire resistance labeling.
