We’ve been manufacturing custom-built stainless steel doors and frames for over 50 years and are ready to build Trustshield doors to order with 16, 14, or 12 gauge galvanneal or 16, 14, or 12-gauge stainless steel construction. They’re also corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free. The only thing you’ll ever have to do to keep them looking as good as the day they were delivered is occasionally wipe them down with water.

TrustShield doors can be manufactured in sizes ranging from 4′ 10 1/2″ x 12’0″ with 1/32″ lead reinforcement and 4’10’/2″ x 8’0″ with 1/4″ lead reinforcement. TrustShield doors are reinforced with a continuous sheet of lead from 1/32″ thick up to 1/8″ thick laminated to the door skin and a sheet of high-density polystyrene. The lead sheet extends the full width and height of the door, and the thickness of the lead shielding should be equal to that of the adjacent wall. Our lead-lined doors have continuous 14 gauge channels installed around the perimeter as reinforcement, and we offer up to 1-1/2 hour Warnock-Hersey fire resistance labeling.
